This step is critical. We make sure to: • Verify business licenses and legal status • Check the actual existence and production capacity of the factory • Request and assess client references • Validate quality through samples or audits if necessary

Communicate clearly

We ensure structured, clear, and documented communication with suppliers. This includes professional communication in English (or Chinese), supported by drawings, photos, and technical sheets to avoid ambiguity.

Negotiate with caution

An overly low price often hides trade-offs in quality or timelines. We negotiate a fair balance for you between cost, reliability, quality, and after-sales service.

Frame the transactions

We implement solid contracts, define secure payment terms (typically 30/70 or LC), and schedule quality inspections before shipment to ensure compliance.
